Samuel Amoako-Kusi Wins KNUST SRC Presidential Election

Samuel Amoako-Kusi has won the much anticipated Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology Students' Representative Council election by 4342 votes representing 35% of the total votes cast.

This year's SRC general elections has recorded high voter turnout with over 12,313 students coming out to choose their leader in the Presidential race.

His closest contender, Mireku polled 3045 votes followed by Ahenkorah 1881, Kobby 1112, Omama 1091, Elikplim 440, Bell 237 and Dawson 165.

Baaba - 2992 votes

Sarkodie - 5350 votes

Samuel Abankwah - 2971 votes

Samuel Ebo - 3442 votes

Women Commissioner

Osei Boateng Sabina- 562 votes

Michelle Mikel Dufie- 254 votes

Rosemond Obeng- 2160 votes

Sumaila Abiba - 682 votes
