Prof. Aryeetey Raises Concerns Over Misuse Of Academic Titles

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Professor Ernest Aryeetey, has expressed concern about the way academic titles are being used in the country.

He raised issues with both local and foreign private Universities that go out of their mandate to confer honorary academic degrees and titles on individuals in the country.

Prof. Aryeetey was speaking at a special congregation to climax this year's Aggrey-Fraser-Guggisberg Memorial Lecture in Accra.
