Thieves Break Into Former UG SRC President's Room

Legon police are currently looking for burglars who broke into former SRC president of the University of Ghana, Miss Esinam Afi Seade's room at Dr Hilla Limann Hall.

The break-and-enter took place last week between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Friday, 14th July, 2017 while she was away. Esinam came back to meet her room door broken into and valuable items stolen.

The burglars took away her MacBook, laptop, foreign currencies and some other valuable items she bought during her recent trips to Cuba, Tanzania and Kenya.

The security officer on duty that day guarding the floor on which she is failed to notice the incident.


Meanwhile, police have begun investigations into the incident to find the perpetrators of this act of burglary.

Anyone with any information about this incident or the identities of the thieves can make official report at the Legon police station.
